Launches Scheduled at Kennedy Space Center

The era of the Space Shuttles may have ended at the Kennedy Space Center, but there is still lots going on. The Visitor Center continues to be a major attraction on the Space Coast and on Monday, June 18, an Atlas V rocket with a classified spacecraft payload will launch between 8 and 10am. The Visitor Center will open a 7am. Then on Thursday, June 28, a Delta 4-Heavy rocket will launch a classified spy satellite at a time to be announced.
