On November 1, Kennedy Space Center opened the Vehicle Assembly Building as part of the special Up-Close Tour that also includes Space Center Headquarters, the Operations and Checkout Building, the Causeway, the Crawlerway, Orbiter Processing Facilities, the Solid Rocket Booster Storage areas, the famed countdown clock, and much more.
