Our villa provides two separate lounge areas - the family room hosting a large 55” TV with WiFi for your entertainment. The second area provides an ideal setting for some simple quiet time, perhaps reading your favorite book. Free WiFi as well as local telephone calls (US and Canada) available for you.

Adjoining one of two dining areas, the new fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar - provides all the cooking facilities you would want and a microwave, coffee machine, blender and toaster are included as well as dishwasher and large American-style fridge freezer.

All bed linen and towels are provided for your stay and there is a large washing machine and drier for your laundry needs.

For local shopping, there are numerous restaurants, shops, outlet malls, and supermarkets within a few minutes. Visit the premier shopping and leisure area of Champions Gate. Just two minutes drive - the area offers a Publix supermarket and a wide variety of dining options.
For those who intend on more serious shopping, the Florida Mall and Millennium are also close at hand as well as two Premium outlets.

For golfers there are many superb golf courses within 2-10 minutes drive, including Champions gate with two Greg Norman designed courses, Reunion with three courses designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicholas, Highland Reserve, Providence, Southern Dunes, Orange Lake, Diamond Back, and Falcon's Fire.
