The ground floor consists of: Formal Dining Room; Family Room with Large Cable TV/DVD/VCR & CD stereo system; Breakfast Nook, fully equipped Kitchen; Half Bathroom and there is a washer & dryer in the garage. The bedroom configuration is; on the ground floor a King Master Suite; Queen Master Suite and a Twin Suite. On the second floor: Queen Master Suite; Twin Suite. Most bedrooms have Cable TV/DVD. There is a Heated Swimming Pool and a deck with a covered lanai for those guests who require a little shade and for eating Alfresco.
