A sunny 3 bedroom pool home with west facing deck offering water and conservation view, located within the peaceful Westridge community less than 25 mins from Disney.
The rear living area has comfortable sofa seating overlooking the outdoors. The open plan kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is breakfast bar seating as well as a dining room to enjoy a meal together.
The outdoor area boasts a great size pool with plenty of deck space to enjoy the Florida weather. There are water and conservation views to the rear, and with the deck facing west, there is sunshine throughout the afternoon. A covered area also ensures some shade. Pool heating is available at an additional cost.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, access to the pool deck, plus a large ensuite bathroom including double sinks, separate bath and shower. There are two sophisticated queen bedrooms, together with a twin room for the children.
The peaceful Westridge community is nestled within conservation land, yet conveniently located just off US Highway 27 with close proximity to an abundance of shops, restaurants and a large Publix supermarket. All the main attractions are in easy reach, with Disney under 25 minutes drive and Universal 35 minutes drive. The community offers amenities including swimming pool, tennis courts, children's playground, plus soccer and beach volleyball courts.
