Located in Windsor at Westside Infront of a lake, with no neighbors to the right, is this beautiful 7-bedrooom, 5.5-bathroom holiday home, complete with private pool and games room. The living, dining, and kitchen areas all share the same area, making it perfect for entertaining. The living room has a large L-shaped sofa, contemporary armchair, and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall, which is perfect for watching all your favorite Disney movies on. If one living room isn't enough, then head upstairs to the larger second living room area / movie room. Here, you'll find a large U-shaped sofa, movie posters, and large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. Enjoy cooking? If so, you'll love this kitchen. It has granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and it comes with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen gadgets/appliances that you would need to put together your favorite home-cooked meals. When it's time to eat, you can do so at either the breakfast bar/kitchen island, which seats three, or around the white, contemporary dining table, which seats up to eight people. Fancy a game of table tennis or foosball? If so, head to the games room in the garage. If you'd prefer something fun to do outside, head to the pool area at the back of house. It's screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out. There's a large, refreshing pool to cool off in and a spa for those who want to relax. For those who want to work on their tan, there are some sunbeds dotted around the pool area. And for those who want to enjoy the Florida weather in the shade, there is a large lanai with some outdoor dining furniture to lounge on. Better yet, the clubhouse is just a 2-3 minute walk from the house.
There are seven bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, is on ground floor and has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom complete with walk-in shower, garden tub, dual sinks, and direct, private access to the pool area. The remaining six bedrooms are upstairs. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom also has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. The fifth bedroom has two double/full beds and is themed to Mickey Mouse. The sixth bedroom has a double/full bed. And the seventh bedroom has a single and a double/full bed and is themed to Disney's Up/camping.
This property also comes with free Wi-Fi Internet access, in-unit laundry facilities, and (if available) optional pool heat.
