A spacious 4 bedroom home located in the well-positioned community of Tuscan Ridge. With a secluded feel surrounded by citrus and pine forest, yet only 25 minutes from Disney World, Dolcetto Den is a suberb base for your visit to Orlando.

The cozy living area has comfortable new sofas and looks out to the pool deck. Cable television, high speed wifi and national calls are included.

The generously-sized kitchen has all of the cooking equipment and utensils required for catering for your family. There is a bright breakfast nook for enjoying meals, or formal dining area to seat six. Or why not dine outdoors under the covered shady area?

The screened pool deck is a peaceful oasis offering privacy and expansive views over conservation woodland. The freeform pool is a great size and there are plenty of loungers to spend the whole day enjoying the Florida sunshine. Then dip into the bubbling spa and watch the sun set. Pool heat and BBQ rental available - please enquire.

The large master bedroom boasts a luxurious ensuite with double sinks, garden bathtub, walk-in shower plus separate toilet. There is plenty of closet space as well as access to the pool deck. Off the main living space, there is a delightful queen bedroom, with own bathroom, and two colorful twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. High quality towels and linens are provided, together with laundry facilities for your convenience.

Furthermore, a games room with pool table, fooseball and darts provides for hours of entertainment.

The Tuscan Ridge community is located off Hwy 27 close to a large Publix supermarket. Disney World is less than 25 minutes drive. It is a quiet neighbourhood away from the road and also offers a tennis court for guest use.

• 25% (minimum $300.00) deposit required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.
• The total amount has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date will render the booking void with loss of deposit.
• Security deposit is required no later then 1 week before arrival.
• Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
• Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus: A cancellation within the last 30 days prior to arrival is possible, if the US government suspends travel from your country / state to Florida. Cancellation fees will be applied.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus - Cancellation fees: 10 % of the total amount will be retained as cancellation costs. Credit card fees cannot be refunded.
