Our fabulous relaxing villa is set in the prestigious gated resort of Tuscan Hills which is situated on the Highway 27, and is close to many local amenities. Publix is a half mile away, as is Applebees restaurant, a particular favourite of the owners. Wal Mart is just two miles away. The I4 junction to Orlando or Tampa is four miles away so you are well placed to access Fun or beaches. Animal Kingdom is your nearest park and is twelve minutes drive to your resort.

The home is air conditioned throughout and has the added benefit of ceiling fans in main rooms and ensuite bedrooms. This is the ideal home for two families travelling together as it sleeps 10 in comfort. For guests' additional comfort, this is strictly a non-smoking home. Pets are not permitted. Tuscan Hills is an outstanding community, and benefits from a huge selection of facilities, impressive clubhouse with fitness room, indoor children's playroom, large lounge and covered lanai, all overlooking tennis court, sand volleyball court, tot lot and palm garden. The Tuscan Hills community is in an ideal situation on Highway 27, one mile from Highway 192 Just a couple of minutes drive away you will find Publix and Walmart supermarkets. Nearby there are spectacular golf courses within 10 miles and of course all the magic of Disney World is just 15 minutes away. Universal Studios and Sea World can also be reached in around 25 minutes. Your stay includes complimentary use of strollers, stairgates, cribs, and highchairs for young children.We have a play corner for the younger guests.  We also have a safe for your convenience. This beautifully furnished and equipped villa offers the following: * Master Suite with king size bed with en suite incorporating large luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. * Second master bedroom has Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with tub & large walk in shower * Master bathroom wheelchair accessible and incorporating seating area in huge shower. Bedroom three is a King size double and four and five are set out as twin beds.   Bring your own Netfix as you can keep up with all your favourites while you are away. * All bedrooms have TV's & cable. • 25% (minimum $300.00) deposit required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.
• The total amount has to be paid 10 weeks before arrival.
• Damage deposit is required no later then 1 week before arrival.
• Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
• Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus: A cancellation within the last 30 days prior to arrival is possible, if the US government suspends travel from your country / state to Florida. Cancellation fees will be applied.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus - Cancellation fees: 10 % of the total amount will be retained as cancellation costs. Credit card fees cannot be refunded.

nachdem wir nun schon einige Wochen wieder zu Hause sind, möchten wir noch unsere Bewertung abgeben:

Wir hatten die Gelegenheit im April 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus in Tuscan Hills zu verbringen. Die deutschsprachige Abwicklung und Betreuung vor und während des Aufenthaltes war hervorragend. Das Haus entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Es war toll eingerichtet, sauber, lag ruhig in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage aber dennoch zentral. Zum Einkaufen sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch die Disney Parks sind für amerikanische Verhältnisse schnell zu erreichen. Durch den Keyless Zutritt gibt es auch für größere Gruppen kein Schlüsselproblem. Alles in allem kann man FloridaBestVillas nur weiterempfehlen.

Vom 19.nov - 27.nov 2007 hatten wir die richtige wahl getroffen! Unser ferienhaus in tuscan hill war wirklich mehr als perfekt.

Genügend platz Für 10 erwachsene personen, zum gemeinsam relaxen, aber auch mit ausreichend Platz zum zurückziehen. Wir haben das haus als überdurchschnittlich gut empfunden, grund dafür waren sicher der perfekte zustand (wie neu), die schön eingerichteten zimmer und natürlich der tolle pool! Auch die küchenausstattung ließ keine wünsche offen.

Ideal war auch die lage, zu beiden meeren ist es gleich weit und die orlando highlights sind (für amerikanische verhältnisse) direkt vor der haustür. Trotzdem hat man in tuscan hill wirklich seine ruhe, kein strassenlärm, kein alltagslärm, einfach ruhe und erholung. Auch der keyless zutritt zum haus war bei unserer großen reisegruppe ein riesen vorteil, kein schlüsselproblem wie bei anderen objekten.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber noch die kompetente und jederzeit ansprechbare hilfe von info@floridabestvillas.com !!!!

Die freundliche und "deutsche" kommunikation vor,während und nach unserer reise ist sicher ein riesiger pluspunkt im ganzen meer der ferienhausvermieter! Abschließend können wir floirdabestvillas uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden unseren nächsten floridatripp ganz sicher wieder hier buchen!
