Nestled in the heart of the beautiful, gated community, The Shire at West Haven, this 2-storey private pool home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 10 guests at a time. This home is surrounded by well-manicured gardens and vast lawns. It makes for the perfect runaround area for young children. As you enter the house, you'll immediately notice the floor tiles that run throughout the ground floor hallway and the pillars that separate the entrance from the formal seating room and the formal dining room. The formal seating room is a great place for people to sit down and talk together in silence. It has a comfortable sofa and two armless armchairs with some decorations on the wall and side tables that have African influence. Just next to the formal living room is the dining room. Here, there's a large, dark brown, ornate dining table and 6 chairs - a perfect place for everyone to sit down together to enjoy a nice meal. Walk a little further into to the house, and you'll come across the very large, spacious kitchen. It has dark wood cabinets, modern appliances, a small breakfast nook with seating for up to 2 people, and it comes fully equipped with all the utensils and equipment you may need when cooking up a home-cooked meal. To the right of the kitchen is the informal lounge. It has a large L-shaped sectional, an armchair and ottoman, and a large flat screen TV. This is a great to place to sit back and relax after a long day out at the parks. Between the kitchen and informal living room is a large sliding glass patio door that lets plenty of natural light in and lets everyone out onto the pool area. The pool area is awesome. It has a large pool, raised spa, plenty of seating, and loungers to sunbathe on. It's also screened in to keep out those pesky Florida bugs. The best thing (besides the pool) about this house? The games room in the converted garage. It has a full-size pool table and an air hockey table, which both are sure to provide hours of indoor entertainment. There are five bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, is large and has a king-size bed, private access to a balcony that overlooks the pool area and greenery in the background, and an en-suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower and garden tub. Bedroom two has a king bed. bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and bedrooms four and five both have two single beds in each, which are great for younger members of the family. Upstairs, there is also a small office area, which comes complete with a computer and printer.
Community Description
The Shire at West Haven is located just off Hwy 54 and is very convenient for Hwy 27, Hwy 192 and I4. The Shire is a sub-division of West Haven and is located within a secure gated community set among wetlands and other areas of conservation. Many of the homes have conservation views and large balconies. The sub-division will also shortly have access to the community clubhouse and related facilities just 250 yards away that will include a resort-style swimming pool (depth of pool ranges from 3ft 6» to 5 ft), 2 tennis courts, kids' playground, beach volleyball and gym. Posner Park, a huge retail outlet located on the intersection between Hwy 27 and I4 at Exit 55, has fine dining, shopping and entertainment and is only 2 miles away. Disney World is just 15 minutes away while Sea World is 25 minutes, Universal Studios 30 minutes and Orlando International Airport 40 minutes' drive.
