Property Description This townhouse in Summerville Resort is a brand new, beautifully decorated, and less than 4 miles away from Disney – you can’t get any closer! It has 3 (4 when you take into account the converted den) bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and it sleeps up to 8. It perfect for smaller families wanting to stay close to all the major theme parks. Let’s check out what’s on the inside. When you walk through the front door, you are greeted with an open foyer that is connected to the kitchen and dining area. The fully-equipped kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances; perfect for cooking and enjoying family meals at home. The kitchen island also doubles as a breakfast bar that has seating for up to 3 people. If you need more seating, head to the dining area, which has seating for up to 7 people. Just on the other side of the dining room is the living / lounge area. It has a large flat screen TV, a comfortable sofa, and a loveseat. This is a great place to sit back and relax after a long day out at the parks. There are 3 bedrooms. Downstairs, you have the first master bedroom. It has a queen-size bed, flat screen TV and private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and. The second master bedroom is located upstairs. It has a king-size bed, flat screen TV and private en-suite bathroom with a separate walk-in shower and tub, as well as a double sink vanity. The third bedroom is also upstairs, is Mickey and Friends themed, and has a set of bunk beds. It has a full-size bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. this room also has a flat screen TV and private en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Also, upstairs, the owners have converted the den / study into a 4th bedroom space that’s Minion themed, with one twin bed. Downstairs, just off of the living area, you have a sliding glass door that leads out to the private patio. The patio is equipped with a nice patio set, perfect for enjoying the peaceful conservation area behind you. Community Description Summerville Resort is located in Kissimmee, FL and is just about 5 miles from Walt Disney World! In the resort, there is a large resort pool that’s heated, a clubhouse that serves food and drinks, a fitness center, concierge services, lounges and children's playground.
