Looking for a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation villa with private pool and games room that sleeps up to 8 people? If so, you've found what you're looking for!
Enjoy cooking? You'll have no issues with this kitchen whatsoever. It has modern appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar (standing room only), and it overlooks the dining and living areas (we'll talk about those in a second). The kitchen also comes fully-equipped with all the equipment and utensils one would need to cook virtually anything.
When it's meal time, you have a choice of two places to sit down and eat: the breakfast nook and or the formal dining area. The breakfast nook is just off the kitchen and has enough seating for up to 6 people. The formal dining is also just off the kitchen and it too has seating for up to 6. However, the table can comfortably accommodate an additional 2-4 seats, bringing the total to 10.
The living room is bright and airy. It has 2 comfortable sofas and a large 55" flat screen TV mounted to the wall. There's also a patio door that lets natural light pour into the room and leads to the pool area. This is the perfect place to relax in after a long day out at the parks.
Head through those patio doors, and you'll enter the large screened-in pool area. Here, you'll find a good-sized pool, 4 sun loungers, and a patio table and 6 chairs under the covered lanai. Obviously, the pool is a favorite amongst guests who stay here, but guess what other room can arguably rival the pool?
The games room in the converted garage! It has a pool table, air hockey table, and a table tennis table. There are hours upon hours of fun to be had in this room.
There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom is the master bedroom, and it has a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen-size bed. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both have 2 single beds in each, which are perfect for the younger members of the family. All bedrooms come with their own TV, so fighting over the remote should be kept to a minimum. And don't worry, there is free Wi-Fi Internet.
Southern Dunes Community Details
Florida villa is in Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble.
With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand.
Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included).
The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
