If you're looking for a house with spacious common areas and a beautiful pool deck to relax, well, this is it!
This 3-bedroom; 2-bathroom 1-story home can host up to 6 guests. There's 2-car driveway and you can also park on the street.

Our property has stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen which is right next to all common areas. From the living and dining rooms, you'll have views of the pool.
Living-room has a TV with a cable box to be on track of the best local channels and more.

Let's go over all bedrooms:
* Master bedroom (bedroom #1) has a king-size bed. It has a bathroom inside (master bathroom) with a walk-in shower
* Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed
* Bedroom #3 has a queen-size bed as well

All 3 bedrooms have TV with a Roku device to watch same channels as cable box and also to stream any app like Netflix, Apple TV, Prime TV, Pluto TV and more.
Shared bathroom (bathroom #2) has a bath tub shower.

If you head outside, lanai (covered area of the pool deck) has a dining set with a table and 6 chairs and a sofa with a coffee table. To your left, you'll find the 2 lounge-chairs with its ottomans.

Note: edible and cleaning items not provided.
