This is a fabulous 3 bed 2 bath executive home located on Southern Dunes. The furniture is new out of the box so the mattresses and bedding are all new (May 2018). The house is also freshly painted inside to give it a nice resh feel. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need from utensils to appliances. The homes has a stove, refridgerator, dishwasher, microwave in the kitchen and a washer and dryer in the garage for your convenience The sofa is very comfortable and dining area will seat 4 people and there are 2 bar height stools in the kitchen adjacent to the dining area. The villa has 2 Queen bedrooms and one twin room which are decorated so nicely and will make you feel at home. The Queen master has an en- suite with bath over shower, vanity unit and toilet. The second bathroom also has bath over shower, vanity unit and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances (dishwasher, stove, refridgerator, microwave) and all the pots and utensils you would need Free Wifi and cable TV are available at the home The pool can be heated during winter months if required and a quote can be provided. The pool area is private and the pool very inviting Southern Dunes is a gated golf community that prides itself on the quality of its course, and the security and beauty of its homes. Our Golf course is ranked among the top golf courses in the country. Golf Digest ranked this Steve Smyers masterpiece #6 on its list of “Best Courses in the State' of Florida. • The total amount has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date will render the booking void with loss of deposit.
• Security deposit is required no later then 1 week before arrival.
• Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
• Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
