RGP4408 is a 4 bedroom Townhouse.
This upgraded townhouse offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and sleeps up to 8 persons.
First floor has a Queen bedroom with a en-suite bathroom and a half of bathroom in the hallway.
Second floor has a King Bedroom with a en-suite bathroom and the other 2 bedroom have twin beds and a hallway bathroom next to both twin bedrooms.
Enjoy your private terrace on the ground floor, and soak in the sun in the outside garden. You even have a terrace outside your master bedroom in the second floor.
Regal Palms combines the fun and excitement of a gated vacation resort and incorporates a 2.5 acre tropical and exotic pool complex with two heated pools, lazy river, hot bubbly tub, waterfalls and water slide.
A resort fee must be paid upon check in at the Clubhouse. The price of the fee depends on the communities policies.

• Covid 19 / Coronavirus: A cancellation within the last 30 days prior to arrival is possible, if the US government suspends travel from your country / state to Florida. Cancellation fees will be applied.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus - Cancellation fees: 10 % of the total amount will be retained as cancellation costs. Credit card fees cannot be refunded.
