Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofa seating and a large screen to relax in the evening. The kitchen has everything you may need to cater for your family and features granite countertops / stainless steel appliances. Grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar, or enjoy a family meal at the dining table.
The private outdoor area has a shaded covered area, also with patio table and chairs. The pool deck faces south, so receives the Florida sunshine throughout the day - perfect for spending a day splashing in the pool or relaxing on the loungers sipping a cool drink. This townhome located at the end of the row is one of the closest in walking distance to resort amenities offering a large variety of high-class facilities exciting for those of all ages.
