Property Description Want stunning views of Estero Bay? Want to be a 2-minute walk (.2 miles) to the beach? If so, then this luxurious 5th-floor condo (accessible by elevator) may be the place for you. This unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and it sleeps up to 4 people. The kitchen is fit for any cook. It’s large, has black appliances, and granite countertops. It overlooks the dining area, which has a large rectangular glass table and seating for up to 6 people. Just off of the dining area is the comfortable living area. It’s large, has 2 sofas, a large flat screen TV, and access to a large wrap-around, screened-in balcony. Here, you have spectacular views of Estero Bay. This is the a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the dolphins play.There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, which are great for the younger members of the family. Need to do some laundry? Both bedrooms has their own TV. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Community Description Sitting on eight beautifully landscaped acres, on Estero Bay, directly across from the white sandy beach of the Gulf and breathtaking sunsets. Residents enjoy the large 25’ x 50’ heated pool, two spas, two tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, two grill areas, sundeck, club house with kitchen, 50 boat slips, and deeded beach access. Fun activities revolve around these amenities to help provide a feeling of a true community. Other Information During the months of January, February, and March, this property can only be rented the 1st to the 1st.
