With approximately 3,000 sq ft of living space, the villa sleeps 11 guests comfortably and there is a cot for the little one in your party. A high chair and stroller are also provided. The rear of the house faces south, thereby affording all-day sunshine to the pool and patio area. A spacious room with vaulted ceiling overlooking the pool/jacuzzi area, comfortably furnished in typical Floridian style with soft relaxing colors and textures.
A 55" cinema T.V with Cable and DVD player with a selection of films are also provided in the family area along with a telephone providing free local & national calls. Also provided free of charge for your use a highchair, stroller & travel cot. A computer with PC & Broadband Wifi Internet access is also available for those who need to keep in touch with the office whilst on holiday! It can also be used to check out times of shows/attractions.
The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a full size electric self-cleaning oven, a microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, coffee maker and a large fridge freezer with ice maker. The laundry is equipped with a large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Bedrooms four and five share a Mickey Mouse themed bathroom with wash basin, shower & bath.
The games room provides additional living space, this room is furnished with comfortable sofas, a remote control cable 52" projection style T.V, a CD stereo system, a full-sized pool table, arcade style games machine, table retro style games machine, each preloaded with over 100 games and a Playstation games console complete with games. Various games and toys are available for the younger members of your party. Tennis racquets and basketball are provided in the villa for your use on the floodlit courts.
The wonderful 40’ x 25’ south facing pool is very private. It has a fully screened patio area with a 14’ x 28’ walk-in swimming pool and jacuzzi, furnished with 2 patio tables, eight chairs, six sun loungers and a 2 parasols. The pool is fitted with automatic cleaning and filtration equipment, underwater lighting and an electric heater for those cooler months in winter.
