| This House is Great!
We were 7 but is a house for 10 or 11 people.
Everything is really comfortable.
The kitchen is very useful and you have a lot of space for a entire family. Also the pool is really good and clean.
We didn't use the community externals, but seems to be OK, the villa is beauty and good situated.
The only Cons that I could find out are, too much Disney paints and the TVs are old but you are not there to watch TV.
I recommend this property ! |

| The villa was lovely but the pool was not working - it was a milky colour on arrival and had bugs floating on top - The management company called round next morning to fix the pool with chemicals early but by mid morning the pool was milky again and you could not see the bottom. The management company said the pool gets cleaned on a Tuesday which was not much use to us as we leave on that day. So we had a pool that was not filtering for the whole stay. The pool filter pump was obviously not working and it seems the management company were aware of this. The villa should not have been let untill the pool had been fixed it spoiled the experience for us as we were only there for a few days to relax by a pool with the children. I would consider using a different management company as the same management company managed another villa we rented a couple of years ago and we had similar problems with them but with a hot tub that wasnt functioning properly. Also the villa was lovely but the carpets looked like they needed replacing as they are heavily soiled and it looks like they have been cleaned a lot but the dirt is not coming out of them. |

My concern is only about several Roaches every day.
The great thing was as soon as I did a claim about the problem someone went to the haouse to put insecticide but the problem was solved only per 01 day

| We enjoyed our stay in the vacation house .It was agreat experience. You were one of the reasons of our vacation success.The house was full of all what a big family needs.The furniture was clean and well organized.
But we have some comments which would make your house have full mark:
* The locks of some doors need to be replaced .
* Pay more attention on the recreation games in the garage.

I would like to address his comment about the playroom: This has been refurbished with New Air Hockey table, Pool /Ping-Pong Table, Darts, basketball and repainted and featuring Cartoon Characters.
