This 5-star vacation villa with private pool has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, over 2,500 square feet of living space, and it sleeps up to 10 people.

It's located in the highly-requested golf course community of Highlands Reserve, in Davenport. It is just 20 minutes from Disney World and within minutes of shopping and restaurants.

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this location is definitely it! When you walk into the property, you're greeted with a living and dining room. Both rooms have updated wood flooring, vaulted ceilings, and clean, modern furnishings.

The dining area has seating for up to 6 people, and the living area has two sofas, an armchair, and access to the pool via a patio door that lets sunlight pour into the room.

The large, fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, an island that doubles as a breakfast bar, and an eat-in breakfast nook that seats 6 people.

Directly off of the kitchen is the family room. It is decorated with beautiful leather furnishings, modern art, and a large flat screen TV. The home has a very open concept which makes it easy to relax and spread out.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower. The second and third bedroom both have a queen-size bed and flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom is decorated for the princess of the family, with two twin beds and a flat screen TV. The fifth bedroom has single over single bunk beds, flat screen TV, and is Spiderman themed.

After a long day of shopping or spending time at the theme parks, come home to relax and enjoy the peaceful screened-in pool, spa and deck area overlooking woodland.

Enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine outside under the covered lanai to help you wind down from the day, while listening to the birds and the sound of the water flowing from the spa into the pool.
