Should you wish to dine at home, our fabulous dining area will provide the perfect setting. There are three further bedrooms, each with TV/DVD's plus two more bathrooms. The villa also has a double garage and laundry room.

Our management company are two minutes away and will ensure that you are well looked after. So whether you are on a family holiday checking out the Parks, or simply looking for a bit of golf and relaxation, this really is the perfect setting.

Highlands Reserve is one of Florida's most prestigious golf courses located approximately 40 minutes south west of Orlando International. Airport, on US27 just 5 minutes north of Highway I4. Within Highlands, our Villa  is located away from the main road, on Northampton Drive . The Club House is a one minute walk away..!! Local shops and amenities are a two minute drive, with plenty of restaurants located along US192 only 10 minutes away by car. If you fancy a trip out to the Coast, you'll find either the Gulf or Atlantic just an hour away in either direction. Perfect also for checking out the Kennedy Space Centre or Busch Gardens. Orlando International 40 minutes. Sanford International 50 minutes. Tampa International 1 hour. Miami International three and a half hours.

Highlands Reserve is a prestigious holiday and residential golfing community in Davenport, within the Orlando Area. Highlands Reserve has excellent on-site facilities including a communal swimming pool, Tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, practice range, putting green, and cafe bar which is open seven days a week.

Highlands Reserve is situated just off US highway 27, in a peaceful location set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of orange groves. It is ideally located for easy access to all major attractions, with shops, supermarket, and restaurants all close by. A new Walmart has opened on US27 just 5 minutes drive.

Highlands Reserve is only minutes away from all the areas major theme parks. There are four major theme parks, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney MGM Studios, and Disney Kingdom Theme Park. There are also Two Water parks. You can choose from Two Night entertainment centres.

• 25% (minimum $300.00) deposit required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.
• The total amount has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date will render the booking void with loss of deposit.
• Security deposit is required no later then 1 week before arrival.
• Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
• Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.

Hola quiero dar las gracias por el servicio prestado, la casa que rente en Highlands Reserve fue excelente, mi familial y yo quedamos muy satisfechos con el comfort de la casa, excelente ubicacion, la casa estaba impecable, muy amplia, casi como nueva, linda piscina, los dormitories amplios y muchos banos para toda la familia, la comunidad en la que se encuentra es bastante tranquila y segura. Quiero agradecer a la senora Mayra que siempre estuvo atenta a todas nuestras inquietudes muy amablemente. Con seguridad que para mis proximas vacaciones los volvere a contactar.
