HIR4211 is a gorgeous four bedroom single story villa with its own private pool located in the popular golfing community of Highlands Reserve. the vacation home has been decorated and furnished to a high standard with tiled flooring throughout the living areas.

Our vacation villa has four well proportioned bedrooms with the master bedroom having its own TV and bathroom with a large walk in shower and separate bath. There is a further bathroom and washroom.

This villa boasts an exceptional open plan living space with big comfy sofas and patio doors leading out to the screened pool. Make yourself at home with the large LCD TV or chill out listening to the stereo. The dining room has a homely solid wood table and chairs, perfect for any meal occasion.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that you need to give you total flexibility whether it is for a pre park breakfast, a light poolside lunch or full evening dinner.

The pool deck overlooks a delightful wooded aspect and comes with sun beds and table and chairs for a little alfresco dining. The pool does have an optional heater which can be activated at an extra cost.

Keep in touch with free internet access and free local and long distance calling within the USA and Canada. The laundry room has a washer and dryer to take care of those wet swimming clothes.

Highlands Reserve is conveniently situated close to a Publix supermarket with a range of restaurants and takeaways around it. Just two miles away is the new Posner Park shopping area with JC Penney, Target, Best Buy, Staples, Michaels, Dicks Sporting Goods and many more.

Highlands Reserve is just off Hwy 27 and is located well for Disney parks and the new Legoland park is a short 20 minute drive to the south. Highlands Reserve 18 hole golf course highly regarded and is open to the public year round.

• Failure to pay the balance by the due date will render the booking void with loss of deposit.

• Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus: A cancellation within the last 30 days prior to arrival is possible, if the US government suspends travel from your country / state to Florida. Cancellation fees will be applied.
