This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home is located in Highlands Reserve (less than 10 miles from Disney World) and has a private pool and spa. There are two living rooms. The first living room, the main living room, has vaulted ceilings, which give the impression of grandness. It also has wooden flooring, comfortable sofas, a couple of armchairs, and a large flat screen TV for watching all your favorite movies on. The second living room, which is located upstairs, has a real old-school, retro feel to it. And while it doesn't have a TV, it does come with plenty of seating, making it a great place for several people to sit down and have a nice conversation. The upstairs living room also comes with a desk, making it the perfect place to set up your laptop and tend to any urgent emails that hopefully don't come your way. Plan on doing some cooking while staying here? No problem! The kitchen comes complete with modern appliances, a small dining table/breakfast nook, and all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen gadgets that you'd need to put together your favorite home-cooked meals. Just off the kitchen is the formal dining area, which wills seat up to six people. Both the dining and living room areas boast plenty of natural light thanks to the many windows and glass patio doors that let the natural light through. Fancy a dip in a pool during your stay? Head through the patio doors in the dining area, and you'll step foot into the screened-in pool area. It has a lagoon-shaped pool, a spa, plenty of seating and sun loungers dotted around the pool area, and a lanai with some seating underneath it for those who want to enjoy the Florida weather but out of the direct sunlight. There are no immediate rear neighbors. Instead, there is grassy backyard and trees, leading to increased privacy.
There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, is located downstairs, and it has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are both upstairs. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. And the third bedroom has a king-sized bed. All bedrooms have their own TV.
Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities
