Florida Pines is situated on US-27 and provides easy access to Walt Disney World and all other attractions. With Publix and Walmart nearby you’ll have everything you need close by.  Champions Gate will be your go to place for Publix, Chilis, a pizza shop, take out restaurants and for the golfers, fabulous world class golf courses right there!

Swimming Pool
Soak up the Florida sunshine by your own private pool with a covered lanai and plenty of outdoor seating and loungers.   With a covered area overhead you’ll be able to enjoy the pool area in all types of weather.  Protect yourself from the sun or enjoy a gentle rainfall.
 
Living Area
The spacious living room overlooks the pool area with access to it with a sliding glass door.  The serene décor features two comfortable couches with a large screen television.

Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen is so nice to come to home to after a long exhausting day in the parks.  A place to make a relaxing meal, a cold drink and access to the cool pool to rest your exhausted, park weary body!  The beautiful granite counters and stainless steel appliances are a dream for the for the cook in your family

Terms and conditions
• 25% (minimum $300.00) deposit required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.
• The total amount has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date will render the booking void with loss of deposit.
• Security deposit is required no later then 1 week before arrival.
• Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
• Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
