When you arrive at our ‘Enchanted’ Villa, you will see that it gets its name by the exquisite tropical landscaping! As you walk through the yard, you will feel as if you are in the tropics.

You will find the home exquisitely furnished to the highest standard and offering all the modern comforts you could wish for in a high-class holiday home. Everything is brand new! This fantastic, luxury home has been professionally furnished and decorated to the highest of standards and enjoys many upgraded facilities including tiling throughout the living area, all new lighting, granite countertops, and satin nickel fixtures.
Bedrooms ~ All of our bedrooms offer quality mattresses and bedding. There are 3 King-Master bedrooms with Ensuites , One Queen Master Bedroom with Ensuite , one Queen Bedroom and one Twin Bedroom. The Queen and twin bedroom share another bathroom. All bedrooms have their own TV/DVDs.
Bathrooms ~ All of them have new granite tops and basins, new satin nickel fixtures, and new lighting.
Living Area ~ A very comfortable main sitting area with a desk to work at if necessary. Charging station provided for all of your electronics.

Location ~ Ideally situated, the villa is located just off Highway 192 and Formosa Gardens Blvd. It is 3 miles to Disney and walking distance from Formosa Shopping Village which boasts a number of excellent family restaurants and shops. It is also very close to many superb golf courses, including a PGA championship course at Champions Gate right down the road. You will enjoy the proximity to I4 (2 miles) that takes you anywhere in the Orlando area very easily! Universal Studio's, Sea World, Wet n' Wild, Florida Mall, Premium Outlets, are all within 10-20 minutes away on I4. Orlando Int. Airport is a 20 minute drive away, with Sanford Airport being approximately 45 minutes drive on the I4, or the 417 Toll. The Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach are about a 1 hour drive away.
