Property Description Two words: penthouse and canals. Live on the penthouse level and enjoy the canal views. This condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and it sleeps up to 6 people. Itâ€™s on the 6th floor (penthouse level accessible by elevator) and the views of the canal are amazing. Being that high up letâ€™s you see so much more of whatâ€™s going on in the canal area. If youâ€™re in the mood for going to the beach, youâ€™re just a matter of minutes away by car. Letâ€™s talk about the interior of this condo. The galley kitchen is long but efficient. It comes fully equipped with all the important equipment and utensils youâ€™d need to whip up something tasty to eat. It also has white cabinets, green countertops, modern appliances, a breakfast bar area, and an opening that lets you see and talk through to the living the dining areas. Just off the breakfast bar is the dining area. Here, up to 4 people can have a nice meal together while playing around on the awesome swivel chairs. There are 2 living areas. The 1st living area is just past the dining area and has a large brown leather sofa, a dark brown leather recliner, a large flat screen TV mounted to the corner of the wall, and a wall-length glass patio door that letâ€™s natural light stream in and letâ€™s everyone out onto the screened-in patio/balcony. Here you can have a drink and just look out at the canal and watch the boats go by. The 2nd living room / den has a long leather sofa, two small armchairs, and a desk to put your laptop on. This is a great area to sit down and have a quiet conversation with someone. There are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the den that turns out to a queen-size bed. Community Description The amenities at Hibiscus Point are include a heated communal pool, spa, tennis courts, shuffleboard, barbeque area, and a fishing pier. Gulf Access boat slips with direct access to Estero Bay are available for bout lease and purchase at Hibiscus Pointe. Deeded beach access and the adjacent Bay Beach Public Golf Course are both within walking distance and round out the roster of amenities at Hibiscus Pointe. You are also within easy walking distance of shopping, great restaurants and a public marina where you can book a fishing trip.
