This vacation townhome has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and over 1,400 square feet of living space. The living room is large and spacious. It has comfortable sofas, a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall, and large glass patio doors that let natural light pour into the living room. The kitchen overlooks the living room and dining area, making it great to socialize with people in other rooms. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen appliances/gadgets that you'd need to put together tasty meals. There are two dining areas: a formal dining and an in informal dining area. The informal dining area is located in the kitchen and seats up to four people. For something a little less casual, the formal dining room is right next to the livening room. It has a large rectangular, wooden table, with seating for up to six people. If you want to relax outside in the Florida sunshine, head through the glass patio doors in the living room. Once through them, you will be in the screened in patio area. Here, you can lay down on a sunbed and work on your tan, sit down on the patio furniture and enjoy a drink.
Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities.
