April, 15 2010 Mary Williams	Dear George, Thanks for the note. We did enjoy our stay at the villa, except the pool heat didn't work for most of the time we were there. I spoke to the person you referred me to, and she had a pool person stop by to work on it. She also mentioned that she would refund the pool heat charges, and to verify that with you. I would be happy if that was pro-rated -- of the 6 days there, we did not have pool heat for the first 4 days. Please refund my credit card accordingly. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and a great place for the kids to enjoy too. It was comfortable and had plenty of room for us all to spread out and relax after being in the crowds all day. The location was excellent, and I will be referring my friends to Emerald Island Resort when they plan their Disney World vacations. Cheers, Mary Williams
