CUM4404 is a two story home featuing one master suite downstairs and a second upstairs accompanied by two twin bedrooms and additional bathroom.
Downstairs there is a fully equiped kitchen with two living areas and a dining room. Upstairs there is a lovely loft area with a Wii for some fun. For some more fun there is a games room for the whole family that includes a pool table, air hockey table, and fooseball table.
If you'd like to enjoy some Florida sunshine there is a private South Facing Pool and Spa backed up against a lovley conservation area where deer have been known to frolick but it is still screened in and has a patio for some shade if need be.
