 | waren zum ersten mal in CRE3202. ERSTER Eindruck gut. Dann stellten wir fest das der Pooltüralarm nicht geht, keine Sicherungsstange die Tür sichert (Stand abgerochen in der Garage) und man das SICHERE Haustürschloss bequem auch OHNE Code öffnen konnte. Es also jederzeit jemand ins Haus kann. Wobei der LOSE auf dem Boden liegende Safe auch keine Hilfe ist. Nach Meldung bei Best Villas, wo man sagte das das Türschloss zu wechseln ohne Aufwand schnell geht, passierte erst mal gar nichts. Auf nochmalige Anfrage wurde gesagt das man dafür das OK des Hausbesitzers brauch. Wir hatten also den ganzen Urlaub Tag der offene Tür. Mussten alle Wertsachen immer mitschleppen. Und vom Besitzer kam das Angebot das wir, wenn wir das Haus das nächste mal buchen würden 10% kriegen sollten. Erstmal werde ich genötigt wieder da zu wohnen und wenn es wieder nicht in Ordnung ist, wissen wir ja was passiert. NICHTS. Nu kam vom Besitzer, das alles erneuert wird und das Pooldeck neu gemacht wird etc. Doch was nützt mir das? Schön das man Kaution bezahlt falls man selbst was beschädigt, aber null Möglichkeiten hat, wenn man seine bezahlte Leistung nicht kriegt. FloridaBestVillas ja, aber DAS Haus nie wieder |

| Der Service von FloridaBestVillas war super, jedes Anliegen wurde prompt bearbeitet! Das Haus selbst war nett und man sah, dass gut gereinigt wurde. Die Kommoden sollten vielleicht mal erneuert werden, da sie sehr wackelig sind...aber damit konnten wir leben ) |
