Built in 2006 and beautifully renovated in 2009, this attractive 4 bedroom / 3 bath home offers stylish surroundings for a wonderful stay in Florida. Furnishings and decorations were carefully selected and create a modern atmosphere with colorful accents.
The pool and spa area, newly built in 2009, overlooks a small freshwater lake and offers plenty of room to relax by the pool and enjoy the sunshine. The patio officially faces east but is also open to the south and gets plenty of sunshine.
The home is located in SW Cape Coral off Surfside Blvd, a few minutes away from stores and restaurants but in a very quiet area. A great choice for guests who prefer modern style over tired pink Flamingos.
