Full kitchen, Internet and local and distance service. Located in the heart of Disney World area. Low Allergen Environment, children welcome!  Home overlooks a small lake and a bbq pavillion with a small walk arounf the lake.

The Master suite is just that!! An obersized room features a king size bedroom with a personal siting room with a flat screen for a relaxing space after a long day at the parks!

The upstairs also has a childrens room with bunk beds and another queen room that share a large bathroom.

The downstairs has its own queen room with private bathroom!

This home is perfect for two families with children.

This particular condo provides first rate amenities and comfort to guests. A small lake view for a relaxing evening at home nearby the pavillion with BBQ facilities.

Entrance to the complex is gated - password specific for your safety and also a digital locker at the house. Shops and Restaurants, from casual to elegant, are also within short distance.

• 25% (minimum $300.00) deposit required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.
• The total amount has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date will render the booking void with loss of deposit.
• Security deposit is required no later then 1 week before arrival.
• Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
• Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.

Das Haus macht auf den ersten Blick einen tollen Eindruck. Esstisch und Stühle rührt man aber besser nicht an, da sie lose Beine haben und es scheint als warte man darauf, dass es ein Mieter zu spät merkt und den Schaden übernehmen muss. Gleiches gilt auch für die Lamellen die beim Ausgang zum Sitzplatz angebracht sind.
Der Sitzplatz war schmutzig und die Möbel laden nicht zum verweilen ein.
Codes auf Vertrag nicht richtig.
Auf dem ursprünglichen Beschrieb stand, dass Badetücher vorhanden sind. Auf den uns kurz vor Ankunft mitgeteilten Directions, Codes, etc. war vermerkt, dass Tücher durch uns mitzubringen sind. Wir kauften also ein ... Aber die Tücher wären im Haus eben doch vorhanden gewesen ... Ärgerlich.
