A spacious 6 bedroom villa with private pool, spa and games room located in the prestigious gated resort of Windsor Hills. The beautifully decorated home from home is within 15 mins from Disney.
The rear living area has comfortable seating to relax after a fun-filled day - there is a large screen TV with cable services plus high speed internet.
The open kitchen has everything you may need to cater for your family plus new stainless steel appliances and a breakfast area overlooking the pool deck. There is a formal dining area and secondary living space at the front of the home ensuring plenty of space to spread out.
Outdoors, the deck is screened-in with plenty of patio furniture to spend a full day enjoying the Florida sunshine; splashing in the pool or soaking in the bubbling spa. The dining table seats ten, as well as some casual seating to relax in the shade. There are four loungers for those looking to soak up the sun. The rear is private with a lawn area behind. Pool/spa heat available at an additional cost.
The master bedroom is located upstairs and boasts a kingsize bed and large ensuite including double sinks, bath tub and separate shower. The second master bedroom also has a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. There are two twin bedrooms perfect for the children. There are two further bedrooms, both with queensize beds - one upstairs including a wooden crib, and one downstairs with an adjacent bathroom.
There are hours of fun to be had in the games room with pool table and air hockey. And don't forget all of the fantastic resort amenities!
Windsor Hills Resort is a premium gated community, perfectly located in a popular area of Kissimmee close to all the shopping and dining options on Hwy 192. Just a short walk from the home is the enormous resort pool and waterpark. The clubhouse offers a front desk for any local suggestions you may need, fitness center, arcade room, convenience store and movie room! There are also tennis, volleyball and basketball courts together with a putting green. Disney is just 10 minutes drive away and Universal 25 minutes.
