Jeff and I really enjoyed our stay at Greater Groves. The villa was very nice. Our dogs loved the back yard!! Carol was so helpful and accommodating when we had questions. It was the first time we stayed in Florida for the Winter, and we loved it! We will definately refer people to FloridaBestVillas!!!

Vorab bedanke ich mich bei Georg und seinem Team für die tolle Betreuung.
Nachdem ich bereits seit über 15 Jahre fast jährlich nach Florida fliege und dies für mich das optimales Urlaubsdomizil darstellt, denke ich in der Zwischenzeit Vergleiche anstellen zu können.
Nun zur Bewertung:
Lage der Villa : optimal, da Dinge wie Supermarkt etc. in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. Themenparks wie Disneyworld oder Seaworld oder die 192 sind rasch und unproblematisch zu erreichen.
Zur Villa selbst: leider ist diese ziemlich abgewohnt und der Preis im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern meineserachtens zu hoch.
Minuspunkte :
- Nicht in allen Schlafräumen Fernsehgeräte ( sicher Ansichtssache)
wo welche vorhanden sind, ist kein TV Anschluss (Obergeschoss)
- abgewohnte Räume
- ziemlich schlimmer Geruch der Couch im Livingroom, (Stoff)
- verrostete Waschmaschine
- Rost an der Duschvorhangstange im Obergeschoss
- beim Pool nachfüllen geht 2/3 Wasser durch den undichten Schlauchanschluss verloren.
- sehr schlechte Funktion der Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss
- bei Eingangstür lässt sich das untere Türschloss trotz versperren, öffnen.
- Wasserschaden auf Küchendecke sichtbar.
Bedingt durch geringer Zeit wurde die Hausverwaltung von uns nicht verständigt.
Positiv zu erwähnen : toller Pool, gute Poolheizung
Zusammengefasst würde ich dieses Haus in dem derzeitigen Zustand nicht mehr mieten. |

Leider war die Villa nicht ganz so sauber wie gewohnt und einige technische Apparate funktionierten nicht einwandfrei. Zudem hatten wir Probleme mit der WC-Spülung. Der Pool und die Outdoor-Zone sind eher klein für die Grösse der Villa. Geärgert hat uns ein Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen obwohl das Haus für 8 Leute konzipiert ist. Lage und Hausverwaltung waren sehr gut. Insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden und haben einen problemlosen Urlaub genossen. Wir würden FloridaBestVillas jederzeit weiter empfehlen! |
| Respuesta de House management | Reply from the owner21 April: The guest informed us that they were unable to set the alarm. This was found to be due to the fact that they had transposed one of the digits of the code.
23 April: The guest rang to say there were no lights on the alarm panel. Roger attended the property and found that the great room patio doors had not been lined up properly to enable the system to be ready to arm. Roger left a note explaining this, armed the system, and the alarm system operated correctly.
24 April: The guest complained that all the toilets were not flushing. Roger attended the property expecting to find a problem with the main sewer drain. He found no problem at all. All the toilets were operating correctly. He left a note advising the guests that all toilets were functioning correctly and that if they continued to have any problem they should contact house management again. No further complaint was received.
Having been contacted on three occasions by these guests and having responded to each of their concerns we are surprised that they made no mention during their stay of other matters which they now complain of. There is a notice in the villa inviting guests to raise any concerns they may have while they are in residence.
The complaint regarding the villa cleanliness we wholeheartedly refute. The villa was checked prior to arrival and was found to be in the usual very high standard of cleanliness which we expect. It should be noted however, that the carpet in the bedrooms is now eight years old and has signs of wear. No amount of carpet cleaning will completely disguise wear particularly in traffic areas.
We are always very happy to respond to guests concerns however, if they do not raise these concerns while in residence we are not given the opportunity to rectify the guests concerns and make them happy. So dear guests, please call us if you feel something is not right.

The pool is oversized for the Villa, so that the outdoor area is a little smaller.
The dinning table is not big enough for 8 people so that all can sit down together for dinner, if requested we can supply folding chairs. |

Die gesamte Anlage mit allen Tieren und die Tennisplätze haben uns super gefallen. Es war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Es haben nur noch Fahrräder oder Golf Cart gefehlt ;) |

Die zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Haus haben mir und meinen Mitreisenden gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr groß, hell, modern und luftig. Der Poolbereich ist schön angelegt, ein Grill für Barbeque vorhanden. Tolle große Küche!
Reinigung des Hauses vor unserer Ankunft hätte besser sein können. Die Terassenmöbel waren leider nicht mehr die neuesten.
Allerdings ist das Haus wirklich wunderschön. Die Bilder spieglen den tatsächlichen Zustand kaum wieder. Es ist schöner.
In der Garage ist Tischtennis und Billard vorhanden.
George vom floridabestvillas-Team ist sehr freundlich, kompetent und auch nach Vertragsabschluss sehr bemüht zu unterstützten. Dafür vielen Dank!

We had an amazing week at the villa! The house was clean and there was so much space although we were 7 persons! We loved it and will definitly be back the next time we'll go to Florida! The Pool was very nice and the games room really fun! |
