Located on the renowned 5* Windsor Hills family resort in Kissimmee, this luxury villa sleeps 13 guests and has 6 bedrooms, 2 lounge areas, 4 bathrooms, a games room and a private pool with an extended deck that overlooks a lake and conservation area.
The interior of the property has been decorated to a great standard. The family room features a 50" Plasma HD-TV with upgraded cable, a DVD player and a PlayStation 2. There is a second lounge area for the comfort of large parties to spread out and relax.
There is a formal dining area, a breakfast bar and a breakfast nook. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with Samsung stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, ceramic top electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, George Forman grill, slow roast electric cooker, filtered coffee maker, 4 slice toaster etc.
The first floor also features a queen-size suite which is ideal for older or disabled guests. It has a walk-in closet, flat screen TV and a full bathroom next door.
The second floor features 3 king-sized suites, all with flat screen TVs and walk-in closets. Two rooms have en suite bathrooms. The master suite also has an electronic safe.
There are two themed bedrooms – a Disney princess twin room and a Winnie the Pooh room that sleeps three. Both rooms have flat screen cable TVs. There is also a fourth bathroom.
The games room has a slate bed pool table, 7ft air hockey table, foosball, cable TV, board games etc.
The private pool has an extended deck with views over a lake and conservation area with no rear neighbours. The pool deck features two table and chair sets, sun loungers, a gas BBQ and an outdoor TV with Cable.
The property includes a crib, pack & play, stroller, highchair, pool door alarms and a pool safety fence. The property has full air conditioning, ceiling fans, free Wifi, free international calls (up to 200 minutes per week). The laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer and full ironing facilities.
The villa is situated about 300 meters from the clubhouse and kids’ outdoor play area.
