This home has a great layout and has been decorated neutrally to give the home a cool feel. There is plenty of color brought to the home with the accessories which the home owner has carefully chosen. The home has a peaceful outlook enabling you to relax and enjoy your vacation in great surroundings. Upon entering the home the open planned layout gives you the feel of so much space. The dining area has white and pine furniture which gives a striking first impression. Beyond this is the living area that has three sofas so there is plenty of comfortable seating for you to watch TV or look out of the patio doors onto the pool deck and the open space beyond. To the left of the living area and dining area is the kitchen, which is open plan to give a social feel, that houses all you could possibly need for your culinary needs and there is also a further eating area with a round breakfast table which is also in the white and pine matching the dining area. At the breakfast bar there are two bar chairs to provide even more seating.

The bedrooms are equally alluring. The master bedroom has a king sized iron bed with beautiful linens. This has a patio door out to the pool deck and this allows light to flood in. There is also a TV with it’s own cable box providing an extensive range of channels. The master also has an en-suite bathroom which has a double shower, toilet and sink. This bathroom has a separate door to the pool deck so can be used by guests when they are outside.
The second bedroom is at the front of the home and has a queen size bed. Again the linens have been carefully selected to give a warm feeling in the room. There is a TV/video combo in this room allowing you to escape if you so desire! This too has an en-suite bathroom, this one comprises of a bath with overhead shower, toilet and sink. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds in them, again with very tasteful linens. These bedrooms share the third bathroom which also has a bath and overhead shower, toilet and sink. This bathroom has access from both sides so can be used as the main toilet for the house.
The laundry facilities are within the garage along with strollers and a pack and play if needed. The home has wireless internet so you can stay connected to the real world if you need to.

The pool is a kidney shape and is a good size for relaxing in, having fun or getting some exercise. There is a table with four chairs and two sun loungers for you to relax on and enjoy the Florida weather. The view from the pool deck is not overlooked and is a wide open space.
