With spacious open entrance hall and formal lounge area with comfortable seating adjacent is the formal dining room with built in feature niches and archway overlooking the beautiful central kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances pots, pans, dinnerware, central island with adjacent breakfast area with patio doors leading our to the South facing pool and spa area with 2 sets of table & chairs with parasols as well loungers with a beautiful lake view.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the family room, which has ample seating with beautiful leather sofas, 65" Smart TV, DVD player and Stereo

Also on the ground floor is the elegant main King Master suite boasting a King size bed with mattress topper, 50'' TV and large walk in closet. The en suite bathroom features vanity unit, corner tub, shower stall and separate toilet.

A half bathroom with vanity and toilet is also on the ground floor along with a full laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and board.

The upstairs floor features a split landing area with balcony overlooking the entrance hall and family room.

The second master, a King bedroom with mattress topper and wall mounted TV, large walk in closet with en suite bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet.

The third and fourth bedrooms have Queen beds with Mattress Toppers, wall mounted Flat screen TV's and closets.

The fifth bedroom also has a Queen size Bed with Mattress Topper, wall mounted flat screen TV and shares the third bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet.

The sixth bedroom has Twin beds with mattress toppers, wall mounted TV and closet.
The seventh bedroom has a Disney theme with twin beds and wall mounted TV, these rooms share the fourth bathroom with bath / shower, vanity and toilet .

I just want to say that I had a wonderful time in your villa my family and I were so amazed at the appearence of the house very clean and very well taken care of. we tried to make sure that we left everything in order. we hope that in returning to florida we are welcome to use one of your vacation homes. again my family and I Thank you and the home owners.Only situation was we were unable to use the pool for a few days. but that wasnt a big problem,
