Location: Sunset Lakes, situated less than 4 miles west of Disney and completed in year 2000, is a beautifully designed gated community of executive homes built around two lakes and bordering an extensive conservation area. On site facilities include a community swimming pool, cabana, toddlers play area and gazebo with golf & tennis nearby. Although the community is set behind private electronic gates, quietly of the beaten tourist track, it is literally minutes from Walt Disney World Resort, Epcot and MGM Studios. Universal Studios, Sea World and a host of other theme parks and attractions are also close by.

Our Villa in Sunset Lakes is exquisitely furnished to the highest standards and offers the utmost in comfort and luxury. As it is our own holiday home we take great care in ensuring that it is always tastefully decorated and kept in superb condition. It is a truly spacious, fully air conditioned villa, all on one level, and comprising the following:

Private Pool: South facing screened gas heated pool with multi-coloured fibre optic lighting and an extra large sundeck area. Spacious covered lanai. Luxury pool furniture, table and chairs. Scenic views across a small natural lake and conservation area. You are not overlooked from the rear and can watch the fish jump in the lake and observe an abundance of Florida wildlife from your own private pool area!!

Lounge: Spacious and open plan with two sofas and one armchair. Coffee table and side tables with remote control Cable TV and Video Cassette Player. Large sliding patio doors leading to the pool area. Overhead fan.

Dining: Dining table and six chairs with picture window overlooking the pool area. Overhead fan.
Kitchen: Adjacent to the dining area the kitchen has ample cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, crockery and glassware as well as a fridge freezer, with ice making facility, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, food mixer and garbage disposal unit. Telephone with free local calls.
Master Bedroom: Double bed with two bedside cabinets and dressing unit. Large sliding doors leading to the pool area. Overhead fan, telephone point, cable TV and two large walk in closets. Beautiful en-suite bathroom with his & hers sinks, WC, bath and shower.
Second Bedroom: Two twin beds with bedside cabinets and drawer unit. Walk in closet. Overhead fan.
Third Bedroom: Two twin beds with bedside cabinets and drawer unit. Walk in closet. Overhead fan.
Second Bathroom: Bath, WC, shower and sink unit.
Half Bathroom: Adjacent to pool with WC, wash hand basin and pool towels.
Utility: Top loading washing machine, large dryer, iron and ironing board.
