Property Description This villa is just what you and your family have been waiting for! It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and over 2400 square feet of space. It’s perfect for a large family, two small families, or even a group of friends. It's located in the quiet community of Sandy Ridge, in Davenport, and it is just 15-20 minutes from Walt Disney World. Enjoy golf? It's only 5 minutes from Central Florida's prestigious Champions Gate Golf Resort. With two living areas, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The front living room, the formal living area has two comfortable leather sofas and is a great place for one or more people to have a drink and quiet conversation. The second living area is the informal living area / family room. It has two sofas, a green accent wall, access to the pool area, and a large rear screen projection TV. This living room is perfect to sit back, relax, and watch a good movie on the TV after a long day at the parks. The L-shaped kitchen is small yet functional. It comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook up a tasty meal and has modern appliances and a breakfast nook with a circular glass table and seating for up to four. Fancy eating somewhere a little more formal or need more seating? Try the formal dining area, which has a large rectangular glass table and six tall, metal seats. There are five bedrooms for everyone to sleep in. The first bedroom is the master bedroom. It’s large, bright, has a king-size bed, and has a small en-suite bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower. Staying with another couple? The second room is the second master bedroom, which has another king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with garden tub. Bedroom three has a queen-size bed and bedroom four has a king-size bed. If you have kids, bedroom 5 will be perfect as it is ocean themed and has two single beds. In case you need to do a little mid-stay laundry, there’s a full-size washer and dryer for you to use. The two best things about this villa? The pool and the games room. There’s a large, private, lagoon-shaped pool and spa in the back. The pool is screened in to protect you from those pesky insects. If you want to do a spot of sunbathing, there are four sun loungers, and if you want to get out of the sun for a bit, there’s a covered lanai with a table and seating for up to six. Want some indoor entertainment? Head to garage. Here, there is a pool table for you to enjoy. Community Description The location of Sandy Ridge is perfect for those wanting a location set in the countryside yet the community is conveniently close to Junction 58 of I-4, giving access to Walt Disney World in less than 10 minutes. Mile marker 5 on US Highway 192 can be reached in just 10 minutes via a quiet local road. Champions Gate development is just 2 minutes drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, McDonalds, Subway, BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets. There is also a Chinese take away and an Italian restaurant, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area. Golfers will find 2 Greg Norman designed courses and a David Leadbetter Golf Academy at Champions Gate. Even closer is the upscale resort of Reunion, home to 3 championship courses. You can also have your choice of golf courses within a 10 -15 minute drive.
