The kitchen may be a bit modest, but it does come fully equipped with everything that may be needed whilst cooking. This includes small appliances, measuring cups, mixing bowls, spoons, and much more. You won't have an issue whipping up anything in this kitchen. When the cooking is done, the next step is to figure out where to eat it. The most practical place to eat a meal would be at a chair and table. And who would have guessed that we just so happen to have a sturdy, rectangular table surrounded by 4 matching chairs. It's important to sit down with one another and enjoy a meal from time to time.

After a filling meal, you're going to want to sit down somewhere comfortable, like, the living room. Here, there's a large brown L-shaped sectional and a brown recliner along with a TV for everyone's entertainment.

The best part about this house has to be the pool. It's accessible via the glass patio doors in the living room. Once you step outdoors, you'll enter a screened-in pool area. It's screened-in to keep the bugs out.

The first thing you're sure to notice is the large oasis of a pool, but there are a couple of other things. Here's what you can do here: take a dip in the pool to cool down from the Florida temperature, take one of the sun loungers and use it to sun bathe, and grab your favorite beverage and pull up a patio chair to the patio table that's under the covered lanai so you can just sit back, sip on a drink, and relax outside.

There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. The queen beds are perfect for couples and a single bed Is ideal for a young kid. Did we mention that there's Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the villa? 

Southern Dunes Community Details

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
