The SD3227 vacation villa is located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool, and it sleeps up to 6 people. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed, views of the pool, vaulted ceilings, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds.

The kitchen is a modest size and has modern appliances, white countertops, views of the living room, and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for two. It also comes fully equipped. Just off of the kitchen is the dining area, which seats up to 6 people and has patio doors that lead out to the pool area.

The living room is large and has vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, a blue leather arm chair, two brown sofas, a red ottoman, and a flat screen TV for everyone’s entertainment. Walk through the patio doors, and you’ll enter the screened-in pool area.

It has partial views of the golf course, a good-size swimming pool, sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, and a patio table and four chairs for those who want to relax outside with their favorite cold beverage.
