Property Description This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-storey vacation villa with private pool sleeps up to 6 people. If this sounds good so far, wait until you read about what’s going on inside the house. Let’s start with the kitchen. Don’t let the small size fool you. This kitchen can handle it all. That’s because it comes fully equipped, meaning that it has all the bowls, plates, small appliances, utensils, etc. that you’d find in a top-chefs kitchen. There’s nothing you can’t make in this kitchen. Additionally, it has stainless steel appliances and a center island that doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for two people. This is a great little place to sip on some coffee and talk to whoever is in the kitchen. More than likely, you’ll need more than two seats, when it comes to meal time. We’ve got you covered. There’s also a breakfast nook just off of the kitchen that has seating for up to 6 people. After a good, hearty meal, what better than to take to the lounge and loosen up on one of the two reclining sofas while watching a good Disney movie on the large flat screen TV. Being in Florida, you’re sure to want to take a dip in the pool. This villa has a large one that’s shaped like a lagoon. The whole pool area is also screened in to keep out the bugs. If you don’t fancy swimming around, why not sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or simply relax on one of the patio chairs with your favorite drink as you take in the gorgeous weather. There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds, which are great for kids. Community Details This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
