NPR3204 is on a wide canal that opens to a Lagoon with Gulf of Mexico views, on a quiet Cul-d-sac.
The villa comes with beautiful furnishing, 2 bedrooms have a kingsize bed, the third one has 2 twins.
You can go fishing right outside the backyard its just amazing. Boat rentals and Jetski rentals are nearby. Casino Boats are nearby actually you can see them come and go on the Gulf from the house. Tarpon Springs, Bush Gardens, Tampa, Clearwater are all with in less than an hour away.
Tarpon Springs is a 10-minute drive south where you can visit the world famous sponge docks and dine outside in one of their many fabulous restaurants,
Disney is 90 minutes away,
Busch Gardens is 30 minutes away,
Clearwater Beach is 30 minutes away,
Tampa airport is 20 minutes away.
Every other ammenity is on Rte 19 just 5 minutes from the house.
