This is a three bedroom, two bathroom villa with a swimming pool and is available for vacation home rentals in Florida Pines, Orlando. The villa is ideal for Disney World vacation homes, located in a quiet residential area approximately 10 - 15 mins from Disney's main gate with many other attractions and amenities only a short journey away.

The villa is decorated to a very high standard making it an ideal place to stay on your vacation.

This Florida holiday villa is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single storey vacation rental accommodation in Davenport near Kissimmee.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has a double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. As with the master bedroom both these rooms have ample walk-in closet space. The living area is very spacious, with two very comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. The large television and stereo will keep you entertained when you choose to laze about the house.

The Florida holiday villa is fully furnished and contains an equipped and fitted kitchen, including oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils you will ever require. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.

The Kissimmee villas to rent also benefit from a south facing private screened pool with loungers and chairs to help you relax in the florida sunshine (a pool heater is available as an optional extra).

A management company will look after the property and guests to ensure peace of mind during and before your vacation.

As security deposit - your credit card number will be taken upon your arrival in case of damage to the property. There will be no charge to your account providing everything is in order when you vacate and when the property has been fully checked.
