Property Description This fantastic Santa Maria II penthouse is the perfect escape to paradise! It has great views of the surrounding area from the balcony and is directly across the street from the beach and walking distance to the local shops and restaurants in Santini Plaza. This condo is on the 4th floor (accessible by elevator), and it has 2 storeys, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and it sleeps up to 8 people. This is a great place to stay for a family or group of friends. The kitchen is large and modern. It has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and comes fully equipped. Just off of the kitchen is the breakfast nook, which has seating for up to 4. If you fancy some drinks, there’s a bar area with seating for 4. There are two living areas: one upstairs and one downstairs. The main living room is downstairs and is spacious. It has 2 sofas, an oversized armchair, and a flat screen TV mounted to the wall. It’s the perfect place to sit back, relax and watch some TV after a long day out at the beach. If you need a little extra room to relax, there’s also an upstairs living room with a desk to put your laptop on. On the second floor is the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sofa bed in the den, which folds out to a full-size bed.
