Property Description This gorgeous 6-bedroom villa sleeps up to 12 people comfortably, has two floors, and is located within the community of Calabay Parc. Calabay Parc is just minutes to restaurants, shops, & Disney. This is perfect for large families, large groups, or multiple families wanting to stay together. As you walk through the front door of this property you will notice the clean, open, bright feeling of the property. The first room we’ll go over is the living room. It’s large and contemporary. There is a large L-shaped modern sectional that’ll seat at least 7 people. You’ll notice moden artwork on the wall just above the sofa, and there’s a large flat screen TV in the large, arched recessed wall. Just behind the living room is the dining room, which, again, is modern and has seating for up to eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped, has modern appliances, and has a stand-up breakfast bar. If you want to sit down for breakfast, why not try the small breakfast nook, which has seating for up to 4 people. There are six bedrooms to choose from. The first bedroom is the master bedroom, and it is large and has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a garden tub. The second and third bedrooms also have queen-size beds. Bedrooms four, five, and six all have two single beds. The rooms with queen-size beds are perfect for couples, and the rooms with single beds are perfect for children. Think you’ll need to do a little mid-stay laundry? No problem. There’s a laundry room complete with a full-size washer and dryer. The two best things about this villa? The pool and the games room. If you’re in the mood for some outdoor entertainment, head to the screened-in pool area. Here, you’ll find a large pool with spa, sun loungers for sun tanning, and a table and chairs for you to sit around and socialize with others. Want some indoor entertainment? Head to the games room in the converted garage. You’ll spend hours in here playing on the air hockey table, the pool table, and table tennis table. Community Description Calabay Parc is one of the most sought after, stylish and celebrated rental vacation communities in Central Florida. Situated in a conservation area surrounded by orange groves and woodland, all lawns and landscaping are maintained on a regular basis to keep up its immaculate appearance.
