Large family/families/group looking for a vacation home that's close to Disney World (Less than 13 miles), has a games room and private pool, and will sleep up to 14 people across 7 bedrooms? If so, this is the place for you. The living room has tiled flooring, a large L-shaped leather sofa, two comfortable armchairs, plenty of natural light, and a flat screen TV mounted to the wall--perfect for watching all your favorite Disney movies on. If the main living room isn't enough, head upstairs to the second living room area. Here, you'll find another L-shaped sofa and flat screen TV mounted to the wall. Fancy doing some cooking whilst staying here? No problem! This updated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen appliances that you'd need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. And when it's time to eat, you can do so at the breakfast bar, which seats up to four people, or at the large dining table, which seats up to ten people. If you're looking for fun things to do here, you won't be disappointed. First, head to the games room in the converted garage, and you'll find a pool table and an air hockey table. If you want somewhere to cool off after a long day out at the parks, head to the pool area at the back of the house. It's screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out, and it comes complete with a spa, lanai, outdoor dining furniture, and some sunbeds for those who want to work on their tan.
There are seven total bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king-sized beds for couples or those who want to stretch out. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds. Two bedrooms have two twin beds, which are great for younger children. And one bedroom has a twin-over-full bunkbed.

Community Description
As Orlando's premiere tourist and commercial destination -- encompassing some 1,500 acres southwest of The Walt Disney World Resort -- Champions Gate welcomes visitors just off its I-4 exit, with stately rows of towering palm trees behind the beautifully-designed double gates. With 36 holes of championship golf designed by International golf champion Greg Norman, Champions Gate is like no other golf resort in the world. The golf resort also features a 35,000 square foot clubhouse, which features a pro shop, full-service banquet facility that accommodates up to 300 guests, and a full-service bar.
Champions Village is the development's retail center, and it is anchored by Lakeland, Florida based Publix Super Market. McDonalds, Subways, Walgreens, 7/Eleven, Chili's Grill and Bar, Miller's Ale House, Red Robin, Regions Bank, and Watson Realty. Additional restaurants and retail stores are currently underway to complement the existing shopping center.
