Villa Maris is a beautiful pool home that is located next to Coral Oaks Golf course. This home was originally used as the builder’s model home so it has all of the upgrades you could possibly want. The solar heated pool is surrounded by lush palm trees giving you total seclusion and serenity. The lanai also has an outdoor kitchen! The formal living room has a marble fireplace. The kitchen is beautifully upgraded with granite counters, wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The large master bathroom features a separate soaking tub and a walk around shower. With over 2200 square feet, there is plenty of room for you and your family or friends!
Pricing is based on 2 guests, each additional guest $8.40 per night for Low season, $12.60 each additional guest per night during the High season. No charge for kids under the age of 10 years. All prices plus 11% Tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax) Minimum stay: 7 days. Christmas and Easter min. stay 7days plus 15% Surcharge Rate includes $25/week electricity (additional use will be settled by the deposit with US $0.12/KWH)
