Looking for a vacation home that has two king-bed master bedrooms and is close to Disney? If so, then look no further. This is the place for you. The living room is large, spacious, and bright. It has plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV mounted to wall for watching all your favorite Disney movies on. If you want somewhere a little bit quieter to sit down, relax in the second living room/sitting room with leather sofas. The kitchen is modern and spacious. All stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together your favorite meals. When it's time to eat, you can do so in either the kitchen dining area, which has seating for eight, or in the formal dining room, which has seating for up to six people.
If you're looking for fun things do at the house itself, you won't be disappointed. Everyone will love the large, refreshing swimming pool and an adjoining spa. For those who want to work on their tan, there are numerous sunbeds dotted around the pool area. And for those who want to relax outside, but in the shade, there is a lanai with patio furniture underneath. There's even a covered balcony upstairs with some seating. If you want some indoor entertainment, head to the garage. Here, you'll find a pool table and an air hockey table to enjoy.
There are five bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms both have queen-sized beds (1 Queen being on the ground floor with adjacent Bathroom). And the fourth and fifth bedrooms both have two twin beds in each, which are perfect for younger children.
Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities.
Community Description
The Shire at West Haven is located just off Hwy 54 and is very convenient for Champions Gate Village, restaurants and I4, toll road Hwy 192 and Hwy27. The Shire is a sub-division of West Haven and is located within a secure gated community set among wetlands and other areas of conservation. Many of the homes have conservation views and large balconies. The sub-division guests have access to the community clubhouse and related facilities just 250 yards away that will include a resort-style swimming pool (depth of pool ranges from 3ft 6» to 5 ft), 2 tennis courts, kids' playground, beach volleyball and gym room. Posner Park, a huge retail outlet located on the intersection between Hwy 27 and I4 at Exit 55, has fine dining, shopping and Cinepolis for entertainment and is only 2 miles away. Disney World is just 15-20 minutes away while Sea World is 25 minutes, Universal Studios 30 minutes and Orlando International Airport 40 minutes' drive.
