This Weston Hills home features a great room, breakfast bar, table for 6 guests and gas appliances. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook a nice meal. Fridge, stove and cook top, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, cutlery and for easy clean up a dishwasher. 
Enjoy a movie with the family on the flat screen TV and relax on the comfortable sofa. 

The master bedroom ensuite has a Queen size bed, dresser, flat screen TV, nightstands, and a lovely view of the pool from the window. In the master bathroom enjoy a soak in the roman tub or if you prefer a shower in the separate shower. Dual sinks, walk in closet and toilet complete the master bathroom. 

The second bedroom offers a Queen size bed, dresser with flat screen TV and a closet. 
The third bedroom offers 2 Twin size beds for the kids and a closet for storage. 
These two bedrooms share the hall bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo and toilet. 
There are towels and linens provided along with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Head outside to the very large pool deck with sun loungers or have a nice lunch on one of the two tables outside under the covered lanai.
Enjoy swimming in the beautiful pool which can also be heated in the cooler months for a sur-charge. There is also a semi privacy fence around the pool.
