VIP5401 this large, two story, exclusive vacation villa of about 3000 sq.ft. and contains 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs to enjoy homemade meals. Stainless steel appliances, and ice cube maker in the fridge. Open the french doors and bring food and drinks to your patio by the pool!
The patio has a large, exclusive dining table for 8 persons, a seating group and 4 sun loungers to soak in the sun. The whole terrace area is screened in and gives you a private feeling, and no bugs. The pool may be heated during the winter months.
The home is loaded with entertainment for the whole family. The family room has a new 50" SMART TV, all bedrooms has flat-screen TVs, cable TV. From the Smart TV you can enjoy internet for Facebook, Netflix etc.
The garage is converted to a games room with fussball table, pool table and el-dart games and a 47" TV. This is a great room to hang out for those young at heart.
The first floor is beautifully tiled throughout except for the bedroom. The large open dining room has a table set for 8.
Bedrooms:
- The upper floor master has a king-sized bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with two sinks, shower room, tub, toilet room, plus a huge walk-in closet.
- The next master suite has also a king size bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with two sinks, shower room, toilet room and tub.
- Third bedroom has a full size bed.
- Fourth bedroom with twin beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with tub/shower, toilet and sink.
- Fifth bedroom is the only bedroom in the first floor, and has a queen bed. The new 32" flat screen TV here also has a built in DVD. Right outside there is a bathroom with sink, toilet and a shower room.
The house has an extra bed, and can accomodate 11 + two babies. There are 2 high chairs, 2 fold out baby beds and a stroller for complimentary use. The laundry room has a washer/dryer plus ironing equipment.
